Peter Loyola has created a cozy corner nook in the heart of Oceanside that is magnetic. Not only is Peter an artist with succulent designs, but he supports local artists and musicians by inviting them to come and present their work at the coffee shop in venues of entertainment and art shows, bringing the community together in a synergy of expression.
You can check out Succulent Café @ www.succulentcafeoceanside.com, on Yelp, or Facebook. You’ll find great photo galleries! Also, the Facebook page will keep you apprised of upcoming events at the café. This is a place to keep your eye on. Something is always happening. Plus, it is just a great place to come and relax…have a cup of Espresso, or tea while you enjoy Peter’s “Living Art” in succulents, or you can catch up on email…they are Wi-Fi and pet friendly.
“Succulent Café” was featured in the August 2013 issue of San Diego Magazine for “Best Plant Art”. You can watch a video of Larry Himmel from KFMB Channel 8, as he talks with Peter and gives you a visual of Succulent Café by going online to http://www.cbs8.com.
